...is that we will meet or exceed the service expectations set by our technicians on the pre-inspection at the beginning of each appointment. Upon completion of the services, our technicians will guide you through a post-inspection of the work performed in your home, during which you are encouraged to point out anything you may have concerns or questions about so we may address those at that time to your complete satisfaction.

In addition, up to thirty days after the work is performed, we will return and re-clean any installed carpeted area at no additional charge if you find that our carpet cleaning service was not performed to your expectations.
